What you can expect for 2011
1. Professional Timing by Eclectic Edge Events
2. Accurate printed results at the conclusion of the meet.
3. Web results posted by the time you get home.
4. New Race Format:
a. JVG Race #1: Frosh/Soph Girls (unlimited runners)
b. JVB Race #2: Frosh/Soph Boys (unlimited runners)
c. JVG Race #3: Jr/Sr Girls (unlimited runners)
d. JVB Race #4: Jr/Sr Boys (unlimited runners)
e. Open Race #5 3K for coaches, open, middle school
f. Var. Girls #6 7 runners per team
g. Var. Boys #7 7 runners per team
5. Medals for the top 30 runners in the Varsity Races.
6. Medals for the top 20 in the Frosh/Soph races and Jr/Sr races
7. Medals will be awarded as the athlete finishes the race.
8. Coaches may run in the 3000 meter race for free.
9. Awards and Drawings will be short. The Drawing will start
promptly at 1:50 pm, followed immediately by the team awards and
special awards to the overall winners.
10. Special gifts for all finishers as they leave the finish chute.
11. Medical tent staffed with Emt’s.
12. Middle Schools may enter as a team.
13. Concessions run Pizza Hut. (Breakfast early, Pizza at Lunch)
14. Custom t-shirts
15. Hospitality area for coaches
